The reason they give for not taking a mugshot of Jizzlain is ridiculous.
If this is the case how is it fair to take a mugshot of ANYONE wouldn't this same principle apply to EVERY criminal EVER charged with Any Crime any where EVER? Why is she getting special treatment? Explain to me like I am 5 years old why Jizzlain does NOT have a mugshot?
