What happens to a racehorse when it breaks a cannon bone on the racetrack?

What happens to a horse in the wild?

Why the difference? Shouldn't today 2020 have all the advancements in medical technology we could ever need, shouldn't there be state of the art rehabilitation facilities for million dollar horses? Why are they killed? How is the wild better at handling these tragedies then multi million dollar operations? How can it be?

Wouldn't it be more humane instead of drawing the curtain at the racetrack, wouldn't it be more humane to simply give the injured thoroughbred back to the wild mustangs, at least you know it will be cared for and live to be 40 with friends and family who love it, not the fake ass people from #IAmHorseRacing that will stick a needle in it's neck and end it's life and carry on with the next race without even a moment of silence. #EndHorseRacing #EndKillPens #EndBLMTortureOFWildHorses XOXO
