They have closed down all the bars and restaurants but evidently the kill pens are fully operational

Note: I do not endorse NOR support Soul Horse TX, I Strongly feel this horses life and all shelter dogs and cats, and ALL kill pen horses lives should be saved, if anyone else can step up and save it please do. XOXO
