The "Good Guys and Gals" in horse racing are embracing the new rules, some would RETURN to Cali

IF money to get there and get started was not an object. So as the needle and whip trainers pack their bags and their horses and flee to Dubai, there is now an opening for new horses, will the sport die, or will the good ones fill the void? Time will tell...It sounds like money is the objection now, for the good ones...if California offered a financial incentive for quality horsemen, they would have a better chance to reform the sport. They are not ones known for their adaption to change though, so don't hold out any hope of reform for the horse racing industry...as Dr. Phil says - "The best prediction of the future is the past..." and we know from past experiences, they are resistant to any change or reform and would just as soon pack up and leave.
