So instead of criminally charging ANYONE after 43 horses died there this year or even acknowledging ANY responsibility to fix the racetrack there...Santa Anita carries on with the carnage. Why let it come to this? Why NOT just sell to the developers if that is the end game anyway it's not as if the owners lost any money when their horses died, does anyone know how much they were insured for? Did they profit? Did the FBI even mention that in their report? XOXO
