Originally said to be up to $2 million in relief for small businesses now these loans are maxing out at $15,000. That would not cover the Payroll ONLY for the former manufacturere I worked for, that had less then 25 employees...ONE WEEK...now imagine you had been paying people for WEEKS thinking you would get the money and now it isn't there as promised.
