Although I think if they get caught or fail the drug tests the punishment is only a slap on the wrist, and a 2 month suspension or $1,000 fine to a hundred times over millionaire, which after attorneys are involved becomes stayed, so no longer in effect, then dismissed or something like that, rinse and repeat over and over.
