they ban the P.E.D. Lasix which is ALSO the drug that masks all the other drugs that are causing the horses to die at an almost daily/weekly rate at racetracks across the country that is bringing a sudden demise to horse racing, and having activists across the country screaming at the top of their lungs to #EndHorseRacing. Churchill Downs did right by the horses on this, and the HBPA took out a restraining order against them and now plans to sue them. This won't end well. The last guy to sue Churchill Downs lost his $10 million (or $20 million can't remember) prize at the Dubai Cup-which leads me to believe all the Casinos stand united against the horseman when they sue them.
Gary West-owner of Maximum Security probably the ONLY horse in horse racing history to lose BOTH his #1 finishes in the same year due to calls made by the Casinos. After West sued Churchill Downs after the roses were unceremoniously stripped from his wife's arms during last years Kentucky Derby and handed to the owner of Country House, who has since disappeared off the race circuit-he was then stalked and had all of his phone conversations tapped by the Maryland Jockey Club (Owned by Canadian Stronache Group-they own the Maryland Jockey Club, Santa Anita, Preakness race, Laurel Park and Gulfstream Park). The Stronache Group owned Maryland Jockey Club who is now networking with PETA tapped all their phone calls, evidently to "investigate" after being hired by the Stronache Group, their phones were tapped by the FBI after the Jockey Club Private Investigator handed over his info to the FBI, who then chose to criminally charge the West's connections-at a time they were suing Churchill Downs.
Horse racing is wide open the drugs are everywhere, Skid Row has less drugs then horse racing. Everyone knows this the secret is blown WIDE OPEN yet the only ones to face criminal charges and FBI wires are those suing Churchill Downs, not the Owner of course they always maintain plausible deniability of the drugs they demand and pay their trainers to give their horses and never face charges even when their horses show up in kill pens by the thousands. West even lost his prize money ($10 or $20 million from Saudi or Dubai Cup-if you care for specifics look it up), after Maximum Security came in first there too- afterwards it was revealed by the Maryland JockeyClub/Stronache Group/PETA?/ led/FBI investigation he was being drugged. Yet none of the other trainers in horse racing faced ANY charges despite everyone knowing it is a cesspool. Even with the "alleged" investigation of the weekly deaths at Santa Anita including "Mongolian Groom" at the Breeder's Cup which should have ended horse racing.
So who knows what consequences the Private Investigators have in store for the Kentucky HBPA that is now taking a restraining order against Churchill Downs? Like I said that didn't end well for Gary West's (Maximum Security's) connections - trainers, jockeys etc. So hopefully the Kentucky HBPA gets their asses handed to them as well and face criminal charges for having the stugots at this time in history to try to defend the drugging of horses with lasix a known P.E.D. and also a known masking agent to mask the REAL drugs they are taking, cocaine, meth, steroids, rat poisoning, snake venom, there is no end to the drugs owners/trainers will give their horses they "love so much" why do you think they ship them to slaughter afterwards, they are all junkies with drug addictions sadly made so by their "needle trainers" who NEVER face charges. When the big bucks stop coming in, they can no longer afford their horses habit and probably figure off they are better off in a slaughter house then with a drug problem they can't afford, or going through withdrawals which are hell. So instead they opt to ship them off to slaughter in Mexico on a hot truck while they go through withdrawals from Cocaine and Meth-with no water only to be brutally murdered when they arrive possibly made into adrenochrome, with all that fear and adrenaline coursing through their veins, maybe that is the real END PRODUCT of horse racing, not simply meat and money-which is why the relentlessly stalk (tap phones, harass, hire private investigators to follow ANYONE who speaks out against horse racing and use horse "rescues" to find their info after they donate.
Note: Animal Rights Activist win either way. If HBPA wins the deaths at the track will hasten the imminent demise of horse racing, as the drugging continues. The lawsuit alone, shows you they care NOT for their horses and demand the right to keep drugging them. Then next year and every year after there will be no more breakdowns at the track, horses being killed and vanned off and ending up in killpens. Problem solved. No more begging the public for money to save them.
If Churchill Downs wins, the drugging ends and the animals are safer, if the FBI taps their phones too, it will be obvious what drugs and the evidence will be there to prosecute all involved. Racing can be ran clean, and these horses for now anyway avoid the kill pens until their career is over instead of an imminent breakdown during a a Pandemic when rescue just isn't possible or feasible with so many millions of Americans in trouble and losing their jobs, homes and businesses. This still does nothing to help the horses kept in a stall for 23 hours a day, in solitary confinement, but will save them from the kill pens for now at least. Perhaps they may even mandate the horses get more time out of their stall, even some pasture time...but I won't hold my breath.
