Just documenting that while all the organizations that CLAIM to care about horses and RAISE MONEY on their behalf FAILED TO SHOW UP to demand passage of the Safe Act HR 961 or S.2006 these are the ones that actually did show up to be the voice for the voiceless when NEEDED. XOXO
