Evidently the cash is always more important then the horse when it comes to racing, why else would known sick horses continue to be bred when they carry EHV-3? Imagine breeding your horse and it comes back with herpes?
Evidently horses with the Herpes virus are still bred once the "legions" are healed... :/ #Risky
