Note: The Britannic was hit by an underwater mine NOT an iceburg...despite all the Red Crosses on the ship it was actually fisherman (versus Army, Navy, Coast Guard, Red Cross etc that saved the survivors which more then likely explains the lower death toll then the Titanic...perhaps it wasn't an iceburg that sunk the Titanic - but perhaps a mine as well...they say history repeats itself...XOXO
The Britannic was the largest Olympic class ocean liner the Britannic was the sister ship of the Titanic and the Olympic. Some speculate the Titanic WAS the Britannic (that would explain the disappearance or cover up of the second vessel (now called the Britannic).
