Cisco was rescued by Randi Collier AKA Soul Horse Tx AKA Soul Equus AKA @SoulHorses and then offered by Katherine Raby for "about as close to free as they come" on the internet. (probably offered up to meat buyers) after this horse was used to procure many donations. I also donated to this horse both to Randi and to the vet directly for it's care and was never notified they would be "offering it for about as close to free as it comes." I think this is horrific and shameful and only one of the reasons I stopped supporting Randi Collier. XOXO
