rain with lasers. This is not "rocket science" the technology exists. Instead of spending trillions on our military while California and Australia burn to the ground why not spend some money on a HUGE cavalry of airplane supersoakers. There is NO REASON 1 billion animals should have died in Australia - other then HORRIBLE management (government).
